Credit reference agencies record these searches and you can contact us to find out which agencies we have used. Unsuccessful applications may be retained to match your skills to future job opportunities. These are usually retained for up for 12 months but please let us know if you do not wish us to retain Your Information for this purpose.

If you contact us via email, we will have a record of your name and email address (and any other personal data contained in that email) and may keep a record of that correspondence.
